The inflatables from Jumpin Wheelies come with everything needed. You just need to supply the 110 volt standard outlet for the blower. Please we have to ask that the outlet is within 50 feet of where you would like the inflatable set up.
It is the Jumpin Wheelies policy to call 8-1-1 for every equipment rental that must be staked into the ground.

Booking an inflatable with Jumpin Wheelies is extremely easy using our website. Click the blue Pick a Date button located at the top right hand corner of this website. Choose your date and time needed, find an available unit, and book right online. All delivery fees and tax will be calculated at this time based on location. You also can call or text: 785-NOW-4-FUN (785-669-4386) for any questions, comments, or concerns.
Weather cancellations must be made by the given deadline. Due to the ever-changing nature of weather forecasts the deadline can vary. If the local weather is calling for rain or high winds both you and Jumpin Wheelies can agree to cancel before delivery. However, once a unit is delivered, the customer is expected to honor the agreement.
We do not deliver if wind speeds are 15 mph or greater and if rain is within a 30% chance or more. Management will make exceptions as needed because the weather is sometime not as expected for that moment. If the rain will be contained to a few hours before your party, we may still be able to deliver, but this is a situational decision.

We require a $50 (order under $299), 25% (order over $300), or 50% (order over $2000) non-refundable down payment to be made to hold your equipment with us.
If you cancel with 14 days notice or more of your event you will receive a store credit with us valid for one year.
Any cancellations less than 14 days of your event will forfeit any monies paid.

Our inflatables are booked on a first come - first serve basis. Generally, they are booked approximately 3 weeks prior to an event. However, as soon as you know your date call and book your inflatable. Some people choose to book as much as in a year in advance.
Delivery is now calculated from our Merrillville, Indiana warehouse at $4 a mile. We give the first 5 miles free, but certain cities have minimum order requirements for us to travel to.
Any other delivery fees we automatically generate for you if you place your order or generate a quote. But fees are calculated from Merrillville, IN per mile; by your exact address.

Jumpin Wheelies is Safety Certified and Insured for your protection. We are constantly educating our team on safety as a priority in our company.
Each set up is inspected and given instructions and guidelines within the rental agreement.

We require a non-refundable down payment, depending on the amount of equipment rented. Down Payments are typically 25% of your total rental cost, with a minimum charge of $50, but can vary based on amount of equipment rented. A credit card is required for the deposit.
No set up is included standard with inflatables and tent orders, as long as no special circumstances are needed such as sandbags or water barrels for a concrete set up.
All units are sanitized either before or after if not both with all-natural, chemical-free products that kill germs and viruses for up to 7 days with a single application.

Yes, we pride ourselves in our strict schedule. We Guarantee it Early or on-time since we ask for a two hour delivery window at check out. This window helps us account for the unknowns and also gives your delivery window at check out.

Our system rental prices are based for a 4 hour event with a 2 hour delivery window for a potential of 6 hours. If you need more than this, there is a $15 hourly fee that can be added or choose to pay a $50 overnight fee.

Yes, please give us a call to determine discounts based on units rented and availability.
We cannot guarantee that the Jumper will not affect your lawn. In most cases, it will only temporarily flatten the grass, which should recover in a few days.
Yes. We carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from Jumpin Wheelies are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed and equipment paid in full.
You can be added as an additional insured to our policy for corporate/school events for an additional administrative fee.

You must contact the park or forest preserve, in advance, to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable present. Many parks/forest preserves require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as 10 days to process. If a 110v outlet is not available, such as at a park, we can provide a power generator for an additional charge.

5. Absolutely NO gum, food, drinks, candy or silly string in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning or possible replacement.
6. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a separate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun.
7. Do not move the unit from the set up location for any reason.
8. Do not add water unless water unit was rented and delivery crew set up for water usage. If water is used on a dry unit an extra cleaning fee will apply.
9. NO fireworks are to be used anywhere near the units.

Absolutely! Our crew works hard ensuring the safe details of our customers event. They spend their weekends setting up and taking down the equipment.
If the delivery person does a GREAT job, (as we expect) please let them know.
There is no tip requirement, but they sure encourage our crew to keep up the high standards and expectations we hold.
